How we are different
We start by wrapping the house in ¼" insulation board.
Next we install J-channel at the windows, doors, and corners.
The keystone is our signature mark. It is made by hand from aluminum coil stock.
We use aluminum nails, and not staples, so your home always looks beautiful.
Our Story
Maureen O'Brien graduated from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in Business Education. Shortly after college, Maureen got a job selling building products for Alcoa in Chicago. Maureen moved to Aurora, and began working. She met her husband on a job site, and after they were married, they moved to Batavia.
At the birth of their son, Maureen decided to go out on her own as a General Contractor selling exterior remodeling services in the residential sector. Thus O'Brien & Son, Inc. was born.
Thirty years, and three more children, later O'Brien & Son, Inc. is still going strong. Two of her sons have followed into the family business. We are passionate about our work, our customer service, our clients, and our family.
